What is Myofascial Release?

Myofascial Release differs from Massage, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Care and others types of Bodywork. Myofascial Release or MFR for short, works with the body’s fascia. Fascia is the bodies connective tissue. Think about it like a three dimension web that found throughout the entire body. It extends from head to toe and surrounds every cell. It is responsible for maintaining our structure. Without our fascia, our bodies would be shapeless.
