Hi, I’m Jessica Kaloutas,

I’m a Myofascial Release ( MFR) therapist here to help you get lasting relief from pain and tightness in your body.

I know what it’s like to try many forms of treatment sometimes for years, trying everything from physical therapy to chiropractic to different stretches and exercises and get temporary relief.

I know what it’s like as the therapist and the patient to only focus on where the pain is. MFR is what has helped me to shift from traditional therapy to treating the cause of the pain and symptoms instead.

“Before coming to Jessica for myofascial release, I had been suffering from chronic back pain for 25 years. I tried many forms of relief over the years, including Rohlfing, chiropractic care, Egoscue exercises and just generally trying to exercise and strengthen my body. All of them helped but nothing seemed to really stick in a long-term way.

I started coming to Jessica and worked with her for about nine months and saw some really good changes in my body in terms of posture and strength. Before coming to her, I was lying down a lot, not walking too much or dancing, which is my hobby and form of exercise.

Throughout our time together, I was able to start dancing three or four days a week again, and generally improving my self-awareness, ability to understand my body and positive energy.

I then suffered from a fall, where I broke my hip and my shoulder, and that sent me back a little bit, but I have returned to  Jessica‘s help and in a very short time I have really seen even greater understanding of my body and how it works and understanding that I am not broken and that my body can heal itself and I need to allow it to do so.

My sessions often bring great emotional release which shows up in my body as being more flexible and able to do all the activities that I enjoy doing. I am dancing a few times a week again and that brings great joy.

I’ve seen  women of all ages get out of pain and move easier – even after trying other therapies that didn’t get lasting results.

Fascia is a missing piece when it comes to getting out of pain and lasting relief. I know this because  I’ve experienced it for myself and so have the women I’ve helped.

Myofascial Release has helped me heal from restless leg syndrome, plantar fasciitis, hip and leg pain and back pain. It also gives me peace of mind knowing I can manage my scoliosis and  keep my body moving freely.

I take a whole- body approach, focusing not just on where your pain area is and instead focusing on the root cause of the pain. This is where lasting change happens.

Beyond the techniques, I create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Healing isn’t just physical-it’s emotional and mental, too.

I have extensive training in myofascial release. For the past 16 years, I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of hours in MFR seminars to learn this amazing therapy. I’ve done internships with the founder of Myofascial Release which helped me to see a variety of different cases and treatment plans.  I continue to learn and develop myself both personally and professionally. That’s so important to keep growing and learning.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll likely find me by the ocean with my dog, planning my next family adventure or cooking up some seasonal dish in the kitchen.

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping you find freedom in your body-so you can enjoy life’s simple pleasures, too.
