In this two-hour, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to:

  • Locate and release tension in common problem areas like your neck, shoulders, hips, low back, and legs
  • Use gentle self-myofascial release techniques to reduce common painful symptoms, stiffness and tightness
  • Stay ahead of pain flare-ups and injuries by keeping your body flexible and moving well
  • Tune in and listen to your body’s signals so you can give it what it needs, when it needs it
  • Feel empowered and confident using simple tools and techniques you can take home with you
  • Leave feeling lighter, looser, and more at ease in your body
