I’ve designed this process with you in mind to help greatly reduce or eliminate pain without surgeries, medications, injections.  

I believe in compassionate care and creating a safe space where you can trust us in your healing. 


Step One:  Schedule your phone consult
The first step to helping you heal is to get to know you. To help us do that, we’ll schedule a phone consultation. 
During your consultation, we’ll discuss the pain and/or discomfort you’re currently experiencing, how long you’ve been in pain, what you’ve tried in the past and determine if our process is right for your unique symptoms. 


Step Two: Your Evaluation 
Our number one goal is to help you reduce or eliminate physical pain and discomfort so you can travel, exercise, walk, garden and enjoy your friends and family without worry.  
The second phase, once your pain/symptoms are under control, is to find the root cause of the issues and correct it. 
Phase 3 is to help you make your body more flexible and more resilient so that there is a much less likely chance of this occurring again in the future. 
We typically see our local clients 2x a week for 6 weeks in an individualized treatment program. Jessica will recommend a course of treatment for you based on how long you’ve been in pain, what your goals are and how your body responds to the treatment. 
During your evaluation, Jessica will sit down with you to discuss what pain or discomfort you’re currently experiencing. She will take her time to listen to what you’ve tried in the past, what worked and what didn’t work and  what you’d like to be doing that you know longer can be. 
You won’t feel rushed while she gets to understand your unique pain experience and what you’ve already been through. 



Next, Jessica will bring you through a postural assessment to evaluate your current level of restrictions. She’ll use her hands, eyes and intuition to identify where your unique restrictions are and are connected to the current pain, symptoms and discomfort.
Pain in one area could possibly be created somewhere else so the whole body assessment helps us get to the root cause of your pain so you can heal more quickly.
You’ll receive a short treatment using myofascial release techniques to your pain areas.
At the end, you’ll receive a customized treatment plan to help you reduce or eliminate your pain and feel your best. Your plan will include one on one personalized myofascial release techniques treatment sessions, a specific self treatment plan and detailed instructions on how to implement the self treatment plan at home.
You might have worked with doctors, PTs or other experts in the past who made you feel that you weren’t listened to or that your pain was “all in your head.” As your partner in healing, we’re here to listen and provide a treatment plan based on your unique needs and symptoms. Your results, however, are also unique to you and depend on your commitment to consistently doing the exercises and following your treatment protocol.
Step Three: A Treatment Program
In my experience with hundreds of clients I know that the root cause of pain isn’t always in the obvious place. In my 17 years of experience, I’ve developed the techniques, tools and intuition to find the REAL cause of your pain and help you to heal it.
Each of the sessions are individualized to your specific needs and pain areas using gentle myofascial release techniques and mind/body exercises. No two sessions are the same. This isn’t a cookie cutter program, it’s a mind/body program that addresses your whole body (emotionally, spiritually, and physically) and allows you to get to the root of your pain so that you can get results that last.
We’ll partner with you and work together. You’ll share your feedback from the changes you’ve noticed from each session that will help us navigate towards long lasting results.
Our treatment program isn’t only focused on hands-on treatment sessions but designed to help empower you to take your healing in your own hands. We’ll also teach you how to reproduce the healing techniques at home and help you to maximize your sessions.
We’ll put together a personalized myofascial self treatment plan to support you in between your sessions and to support your continued success beyond your program.
With simple tools such as a small ball, foam roller, and self myofascial movement you can continue your healing at home so that you can feel this level of pain free for the long term. The more that you use your home program, the quicker your results and more long lasting they will be.
Towards the end of your program, you’ll receive a re-evaluation, where you will go over what goals have been met and review the postural changes that occurred from your time in the program.
After your initial program goals are met, you may want to challenge yourself to become even more active! Some of our clients extend their work with us to receive support as they get stronger and feel more confident to hike, bike, or do their favorite activities again pain-free.
